What is Ordono AI?
Ordono AI lets you ask questions about your own documents in plain language and get answers grounded in your documents, with the exact file and page cited as the source.
Is my data secure with Ordono?
Yes. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is enforced at the database level with row-level authorization, so no other user can read your documents. Ordono never sells your data or uses it to train third-party AI models.
Which languages does Ordono support?
The Ordono website and app are available in English and German, with more languages planned.
Which platforms does Ordono run on?
Ordono is available for iOS and Android.
Can I cancel my Ordono Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled anytime in your device's subscription settings — cancelling stops future renewals.
How do I delete my Ordono account and data?
You can delete your account directly in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or by emailing hello@ordono.app — your documents, extracted data, and Ordono AI conversation history are deleted.
