3.4 Ordono AI
When you use Ordono AI, we process:

- Relevant document sections
- Previous conversation context where necessary to answer your request
Where possible, Ordono is designed to process only the information necessary to provide the requested AI functionality.
AI-generated responses may contain errors or incomplete information. Important information should always be verified against the original document.
Ordono AI does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
3.5 Device and Technical Information
We may automatically process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure and improve Ordono, including:
- Device type and model
- Operating system
- App version
- Language settings
- IP address
- Technical logs
- Crash information
- Diagnostic information
- Security-related events
3.6 Subscription and Payment Information
Subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play and/or our subscription management providers.
Ordono generally does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Ordono does not sell personal data.
Ordono does not rent personal data.
Ordono does not provide your documents or personal data to advertisers for targeted advertising.
Ordono does not allow employers, corporate customers or other organizations providing Ordono as a benefit to access your private documents, Ordono AI conversations or other personal document content unless you explicitly choose to share information with them through a feature designed for that purpose.
9. AI Processing
Ordono uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide features such as:
- Document classification
- Information extraction
- Document summaries
- Question answering
- Contract and deadline insights
- Cost insights
Only information reasonably necessary for the requested AI function should be sent to the relevant AI service.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.
Ordono should not be relied upon as the sole source for important legal, financial, insurance, medical, tax or contractual decisions.

Documents and extracted document information are retained until you delete them or delete your account, subject to necessary technical processing and backup periods.
AI conversation data is retained only as necessary to provide the relevant functionality and operate the Services.
Technical and security logs may be retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Transaction and accounting information may be retained where required by law.
Backup copies may remain temporarily after deletion until they are overwritten as part of our normal backup cycle.
We will not retain personal data longer than reasonably necessary unless applicable law requires us to do so.
15. Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Ordono account and associated personal data.
Account deletion can be initiated through the Ordono app.

When an account is deleted:
- The account will be closed
- Uploaded documents will be scheduled for deletion
- Extracted document information will be scheduled for deletion
- Associated personal information will be deleted unless retention is legally required
Certain information may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required by applicable law.
16. Corporate and B2B Accounts
Ordono may be provided to users through an employer, insurer or other organization.
The organization providing access may receive limited administrative information necessary to manage the Ordono license or entitlement, such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Invitation status
- License status
- Activation status
Such organizations do not receive access to:
- Your private documents
- Document contents
- Ordono AI conversations
- Personal reminders
- Personal cost information
- Private document categories
If your corporate entitlement ends, your personal Ordono account and documents remain separate from the organization.
Depending on your plan, your account may be moved to the Ordono Free plan unless you independently subscribe to another plan.
17. Sharing With Other Users
Where Ordono offers document or family-sharing functionality, information is shared only with users you choose to share it with.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any personal information or documents belonging to another individual.
18. Disclosure Required by Law
We may disclose personal data where required to:

Ordono is not intended for children under the age of 16.
We do not knowingly allow children under 16 to create an Ordono account.
If we become aware that personal data from a child has been collected contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Ordono evolves or where legal, technical or regulatory requirements change.
The latest version will always be available through the Ordono app or website.
